9bits is a Polish technology company headquartered in Warsaw. Since 2009, a team of over 180 specialists has completed more than 1,000 projects for over 200 clients — including global brands such as Volkswagen, Unilever, Sanofi and Eurocash, as well as startups just beginning their journey.

One tool instead of many
For years, we used Jira for task management. But the processes crucial to us — HR portal, procedures, requests, financial settlements — required separate systems and custom software that we couldn't find in any Jira add-on.
Instead of patching more integrations, we decided to build one comprehensive tool that addresses all these areas in a cohesive way. That's how say.work was born — a platform where tasks, HR, finances, CRM and business processes live in one ecosystem.
